Manage patient treatment plans and coordinate with three established permanent providers. Participate in call coverage via telephone for established patients, averaging 2-5 calls per week. Collaborate with support staff including RNs, PA/NPs, and office staff. Maintain accurate medical records using Aria EMR system.
