About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Job Duty: * Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. * Plan, organize, and monitor daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.

• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and adherence to JD.com's quality standards. * Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations to maintain a secure working environment. * Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. * Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and resolve discrepancies.

• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain operations. * Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance, including productivity, accuracy, and safety metrics. * Address and resolve any operational issues or challenges that may arise.

Job Qualifications: * Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory or team leader role within a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment. * Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to motivate, train, and develop a high-performing team.

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. * Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions under pressure. * Strong commitment to safety and quality. * Forklift certification or ability to obtain one. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
