Architectural Review Coordinator

Waccamaw Associa is hiring an Architectural Review Coordinator to support its HOA community in Elgin, SC. The Architectural Review Coordinator plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include, but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings.

Duties include but are not limited to: Notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, in person and electronically. Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues. Investigate and enforce property codes within boundaries.

Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve minimum property standards. Other duties as assigned. High School Diploma or GED Required. 1+ year of customer service, administrative, and clerical experience. Excellent communication skills, written and spoken. High level of customer service skills.
