Customer Relationship Specialist

The Customer Relationship Specialist plays a key role in growing Dead River Company’s customer base and strengthening existing relationships. This position is responsible for placing outgoing and receiving incoming telephone calls with both current and prospective customers. The primary focus is on inside sales— acquiring new customers through consultative selling and expanding offerings with existing customers.

Success in this role comes from actively engaging customers, identifying their needs, and recommending solutions that drive sales while providing exceptional service.
