Benefits Manager

As the Benefits Manager you are the go to for company Benefit plans including Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary products, Life, AD&D and 401K. This role is independent and service as the subject matter experts ensuring administration or company plans are administered within the compliance of the Summary Plan Documents, State and Federal requirements.

Our companies do utilize technology for enrollment, management and administration of benefits within the company HRIS, as well as have the support of Brokers to assist addressing matters in the quickest possible manner. Benefit plans span across the U.S. over multiple states and various plans to manage with varied Open Enrollment dates.
