We’re looking for a commercially minded, results-driven Lettings Manager who knows how to turn opportunities into instructions, build lasting landlord relationships and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results. What you'll be doing Lead from the front: Inspire, coach and develop your team to achieve ambitious targets and deliver outstanding results. Drive new business: Proactively win landlord instructions, generate leads and identify opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio. Maximise performance: Set clear objectives, monitor KPIs and convert business opportunities into revenue.

Grow market share: Build a strong local presence, understand competitor activity and implement strategies that put us ahead of the competition. Build relationships: Develop a network of local contacts and strengthen relationships with landlords, applicants and key stakeholders. Own the numbers: Monitor branch performance, revenue and expenditure to achieve budget and profitability targets.

Deliver exceptional service: Take ownership of escalated complaints and ensure high standards of customer care and compliance. Run an efficient operation: Ensure branch systems, processes and procedures meet company standards and relevant legislation.

What we're looking for

5–8 years' estate agency experience, including at least 2–3 years in a management role. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. A natural business winner who thrives on generating new instructions and building a strong landlord portfolio. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and get the best out of a team.

Excellent knowledge of the local property market, ideally in and around Surrey Quays. An established network of local business contacts and the confidence to develop new ones.
