We have received an app or lead from you, while we usually hire from the western united states and run OTR Regional in the 11 western. We have opened up our hiring areas to include drivers around major airports. If you live in UT ID WA OR NV AZ or CO the home time varies from 1-3 weeks out. If you live out of our hiring area, we require you to drive 6 solid weeks and do your 34hr out on the road.

Once the 6 weeks are up, we fly you home for the home time of 6 days off. Travel days are not counted towards home time. During your home time the truck will remain in Wellsville at our terminal so all needed maintenance can be handled. For the drivers that want to stay out longer, you can. You earn 1 day home time for every week ran.

For your initial trip to Utah we can reimburse a rental car or fly you with what your able to bring on a plane. Sharp has been in business for 35 years and going strong. As we grow we don't forget who drives our business! We are based in Northern Ut. and most of what we haul goes out of Northern Ut and returns to Utah.

What we require: -CDL A License -1 year driving experience

• No major tickets or accidents in the last 3 years, No SAP - 22 years of age or older Class A Positions Regional/OTR 11 western, no touch freight 6 weeks minimum for out of area driver. (You get 1 day home for every week out. Travel days DO NOT count as days off.) 2500-3200 miles per week. All dispatched miles are paid (loaded or empty) No touch freight, Other than our optional baked goods loads Baked goods go to CA, AZ, NM, NV.TX, OR, WA (Baked goods loads are completely optional) For the baked goods, You tailgate unload cases (5-15lb). Place them on a conveyor belt or rollers. You never leave the back of the trailer. We pay $20.00 per extra stop and $0.10 cpc unloaded. You can make $250-$300 for unloading one trailer, on top of your per mile pay. We run dry van and reefer. No doubles, triples or hazmat. Starting Pay based on experience. After 90 days you will be evaluated for a raise. Weekly Direct Deposit After a year you are eligible for a raise, then every year on your anniversary after that. Make up to $400, Safety- no out of service, no accidents, safety monthly video done paperwork turned in on time gives you $0.02 cpm Production 10,500 miles adds $0.01, 12,500 miles per month adds $0.02 cpm. $2000 Retention Bonus. Paid quarterly during your first year with us. We give you 4 payments of $500=$2000 for staying with Sharp. 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadia's, and Volvos. (Automatics) We are governed at 68 mph on cruise, 65 mph on pedal Our trucks are put together with our driver's comfort in mind. TV mounts, Fridge, a lot of storage space. APUs so you don't have to idle. Cattle guards. XM radio ready you would just need an account. No slip seats, the tractor assigned to you is yours till you separate from the company or we upgrade you to a new one. $25,000 dollar life insurance free of charge to all our full-time employees must add a beneficiary.
