Responsibilities

Provides consultation to pro builders and retail distributors both on the phone and at customer location; supervises drafters and/or EWP Customer Service Specialists, where appropriate; Initiates sales for engineered wood products and accessories, i.e., joist hangers, etc. Conduct technical training seminars for applicators and location personnel. Conducts dealer/contractor information meetings. Procures and manages engineered wood inventory. Prepares complex CAD and/or hand drawings for converting conventional floor and roof framing and competitor's engineered wood materials to Boise materials. Respo
