Seasonal Shipping Clerk

Job Details: Job Location: Tera North Building

• West Jordan, UT, Position Type: Seasonal, Salary Range: Undisclosed, General Description: Pull orders that have been submitted for shipping. Pack orders. Shipments range from one box to several pallets. Prepare paperwork for shipments and enter into Accounting/Shipping systems. Contact shippers for commodity pickup. Responsible for finalizing paperwork for all merchandise leaving the shipping area including: Packing Slips Invoices Credit card reconciliation Shipping documentation. Responsible for tracking shipments and/or providing tracking numbers for the Customer Service department. Provide shipping quotes when asked. Track drop shipments and adjust service charges when maximum shipment number has been reached.Qualifications: Working knowledge of UPS World Ship and Fed-Ex Shipping Manager. Working knowledge of on-line shipping programs for trucking companies. Knowledge of foreign shipment requirements and NAFTA (PREFERRED) Proficient with Microsoft programs and willingness to learn native accounting software to finalize invoices. Possess good organizational and communication skills. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
