Project Engineer/C&S Engineer/Architectural Coordinator

Office Location:

• Tai Seng Salary Range: - $3,000 - $6,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm
• Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm Industry:
• Construction Sector (A&A / Building Works) Job Responsibilities:
• Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements, and tender specifications.
• Inspect site installations to ensure compliance with design and standards.
• Identify and prepare discrepancies in drawings to be highlighted to consultants.
• Oversee projects, ensuring adherence to contract terms and regulatory specifications.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors, and suppliers. Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Possess a Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, or equivalent.
• Proficient in basic AutoCAD software.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to handle construction projects with commitment.
• Good communication and written skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
