Contracts Coordinator

As a Contract Administrator at FARO CREAFORM, you will support the review, negotiation, and processing of customer agreements while working closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Review customer and partner contracts, NDAs, purchase orders, terms and conditions, and tender documents Identify contractual risks and recommend revisions aligned with company standards Support contract negotiations involving liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and other key terms Coordinate contract approval and signature workflows, including Docu.

Sign processes Assist with distributor onboarding, due diligence, and compliance documentation Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure efficient contract processing Maintain contract records, repositories, and reporting activities Help Sales teams move opportunities forward while protecting FARO CREAFORM'S interests What Will Help You Succeed: Experience in contract administration, contract review, legal documentation, or commercial agreements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience with Docu.
