Trader Sales Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate daily B2B sales activities to ensure achievement of targets and objectives. Support key account management and customer engagement initiatives within assigned segments. Guide and monitor sales staff performance to maintain productivity and service standards. Track sales metrics, monitor progress, and prepare reports for management.
