BCBA Supervisor - Student Mentor & Case Consultant (*Hybrid Telehealth Position*)

This is a hybrid position (~75% remote/telehealth); local candidates only. You Active BCBA certification Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience Passionate about mentoring the upcoming BCBAs and providing high-quality, consistent and structured supervision Fluent in BST and can demonstrate it, not just describe it Pursue current evidence-based practice independently Adapt your teaching to the learner in front of you Hold yourself accountable and extend that standard to your supervisees Communicate directly and professionally with families, with staff, and with leadership Stay in this field on purpose; you have thought about burnout and you have a plan Reliable transportation, valid CA driver's license and vehicle insurance Passes background check, TB test within 3 weeks of hire, current immunizations What We Offer $80,000–$90,000 salary Medical, Dental, Vision 401k Electronic stipend $450/year CEU stipend for conferences or additional training A company built by clinicians Genuine promotion-from-within culture; we look internally before we post A team that holds a high bar and supports each other in meeting it Who Thrives Here We are direct about what we expect and what you'll get.
