Job description
This position includes multiple vacancies across different sections of the Attorney General's Office. You will have an opportunity to select which sections you have an interest in. Under limited supervision, provide support to attorneys representing the State in state and federal courts.
Responsibilities include
Conducting legal research Preparing briefs, pleadings, memoranda, or other legal documents. Assisting with courtroom hearings and proceedings. Reviewing and summarizing evidence and exhibits Supporting junior law clerks by monitoring caseloads and offering guidance on tasks and assignments.
