Program Analyst – Visitor Programs & Events

The Program Analyst – Visitor Programs & Events Location: Onsite – Egg Harbor Township, NJ, five days per week. The Program Analyst – Visitor Programs & Events will support visitor programs, laboratory tours, and special events that communicate an organization’s technical capabilities to industry, academia, government, and the public.

The role includes planning and coordinating visitor requests, tours, and events; conducting guided walking tours; transporting visitors to remote laboratories and event locations; maintaining outreach records; developing reports; and preparing visitor-facing and continuity materials. The analyst will also prepare communications and outreach products that conform to federal plain-language and Section 508 accessibility requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with a qualifying major plus eight (8) years of relevant experience. Valid driver’s license. Ability to conduct guided walking tours across a large technical campus. Strong coordination, scheduling, and logistics skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with federal plain-language and Section 508 accessibility requirements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required.
