💼 About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration projects from initial estimate to project completion. This role combines relationship-building , sales , and project oversight — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about helping others.

You’ll work closely with a Construction Superintendent to manage contractors and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and up to our high-quality standards. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Create and manage estimates for restoration projects (fire, water, mold, storm, etc.) using Xactimate Lead project planning, budgeting, and execution alongside a Superintendent Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle Ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards are met on all job sites Support marketing and relationship-building initiatives to grow accounts Attend client meetings and represent Service.
