Position Overview
The Welder/Fabricator is responsible for performing advanced welding, cutting, assembly, and repair tasks per engineering drawings, blueprints, written instructions, and industry standards. This role combines expertise in welding technology with mechanical knowledge to cut, prep, join, assemble, and repair complex parts or systems. The Senior Welder collaborates with design and production engineers to solve technical challenges and supports product development, prototyping, and production operations. This position also involves maintaining welding equipment, designing and fabricating specialized jigs, fixtures, and parts, and working in both shop and field environments. Tasks are performed independently or with minimal supervision.
