Supervisor, Nursing (E) - SJH

Summary: Provides clinical and administrative direction and support for the Nursing Department and the#entire hospital for an assigned shift. Serves as the on site, administrative leader to staff, patients,#visitors and physicians during the shift. Collaborates on administrative decisions with other#department leaders for issues related to their departments in the absence of that manager.

Education: Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing; Baccalaureate and/or Master#s Degree in#Nursing preferred. # Licensure: Current RI RN Licensure # Experience: 3-5 years demonstrating progressive responsibilities in leadership positions.
