Every Valcor officer is a direct W-2 employee, never subcontracted. About the Position We are hiring a Concierge Security Officer for the front desk of a high-end property: five-star service with a security officer's eye. Schedule This position requires someone who can work 9 PM to 5:30 AM and 5 PM to 1:30 AM. You must be able to commit to this schedule consistently.

Candidates who cannot work late-night shifts, including Sunday nights, should not apply.

What you will do

Greet residents, guests and vendors, and run the front desk Screen visitors and control access by the property's rules Log packages, deliveries and visitors in the building systems Coordinate with property management with discretion Observe and report security, safety and maintenance concerns Write clear shift logs and incident reports in our Belfry app What you need Active California BSIS Guard Card At least 1 year of concierge, hotel front desk, hospitality or luxury residential experience A complete black suit in professional condition Polished appearance, calm under pressure, excellent English Reliable transportation and on-time attendance Preferred Experience with Building.
