Final Grade Equipment Operator

K2 Paving Solutions is looking for an experienced Final Grade Equipment Operator to join our team for the upcoming season.

Requirements

Experience with Trimble precision automation (required) Knowledge of UTS / GPS grading systems is a plus Must be able to operate: Dozer Motor Grader Disk / grading equipment Strong understanding of fine grading and site prep Must be willing to travel within an 80-mile radius of Lincoln/Omaha What We Offer: Company truck + fuel card Paid time off Health insurance Seasonal full-time work (April through November) Competitive pay — we will pay the right candidate About the Role: You’ll be responsible for final grading on concrete paving and site projects, working closely with our paving and prep crews to ensure accuracy and production.
