Ampersand Therapy is hiring full-time 1:1 Paraprofessional for a P-8 school setting in Aurora, CO.

In this role, you'll provide individualized support to students with significant support needs, helping them build independence, participate in classroom activities, and achieve their educational goals. This is a great opportunity for both experienced paraprofessionals and those looking to grow in special education while making a meaningful impact in students' lives alongside a supportive and collaborative school team.
