Guest Services Agent- Shared Services Call Center
Job description
As a Guest Services Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests seeking their ideal vacation rental. You will answer inbound calls, provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance, and guide guests through selecting the property that best fits their needs.
