THE DETAILS: Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available Schedule: 4 nights on, 3 nights off Pay Rate: $22.00�$25.25/hour + shift differentials (extra $0.50/hr on weekdays and $2.50/hr on weekends Requirements: High School Diploma or GED WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Overnight Youth Development Professional, you will: Maintain the safety, security, and well-being of students in your assigned area.

Provide supervision and support throughout the overnight hours. Help students develop coping skills and make thoughtful, positive choices. Guide students in understanding the impact of their decisions and actions. Participate as a member of the Treatment Team to provide consistent care and support. Build positive relationships with students who may have experienced significant challenges in previous placements.
