Job description
• Define and execute multilateral linkage strategy & roadmap
- Design interoperability, scheme rules, FX and settlement frameworks
- Drive API-based integrations across payment systems
- Lead end-to-end program & project management across geographies
- Onboard and manage: o Payment system operators o Banks and fintech partners
- Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, FATF, and local regulations
- Manage governance, risk, fraud controls, and operational resilience
- Oversee multi-country program execution, timelines, and deliverables
- Drive stakeholder alignment at senior & regulatory level
- Ensure smooth launch, scaling, and optimization of payment corridors
- Create business requirement documents as well as define and document business and operational processes, audit system changes, support governance and fraud operations. Ensure a robust process creation and execution to ensure risk controls of all types
- Ensure creation of product documents and operating rules and regulations for the clients
- Internal engagement across Tech, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Legal, Finance and Business teams. The position will work closely with various departments and vendors to maintain best in class Remittance product and drive optimization in the NIPL Digital remittance product offerings
- Responsible for driving revenue, decrease in cost and improving customer experience
- Support new product launches with detailed and regular communication with stakeholders
- Gather information on current business, technical, and functional processes from industry experts and thoroughly document business processes and requirements
- Actively work with the internal & external stakeholders to complete detailed business requirements, assesses impacts of projects, and ensure key tasks are incorporated to project plans.
- Overall Project management and execution including initiating and planning. Engage in project releases and user acceptance testing
- Lead projects to identify control gaps and support continuous process improvement. Works closely with internal stakeholders to conduct reviews to ensure controls and SLA’s are defined
- Ensure functional testing and proper processes are in place to minimize exceptions
- Provide accurate and timely communication to stakeholders What you will need to succeed
