Instructional Assistant (Perpetual Job Posting)

MAJOR FUNCTION: Assist a certificated teacher in providing instruction to individual or small groups; monitors and report student progress. Performs a variety of support functions in a regular classroom setting. Minimum Requirements Completed at least 2 years of study (48 semester hours) at an institution of higher education; or Obtained an associate's (or higher) degree; or Mississippi uses ACT Work.
