Community Engagement Manager

The Community Engagement Manager is responsible for implementing strategies and initiatives that improve access by reducing cultural, language, and system navigation barriers. The Community Engagement Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to support the organization’s strategic direction through a focused and prioritized approach to community engagement.

This role will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with community partners, organizations, and professional access points to improve awareness, access, and connection to services for people with disabilities, older adults, and families, including those who are underserved, unserved, or navigating complex service systems.

This role supports ongoing refinement of Community Engagement strategies and activities.
