Marketing & Admin Coordinator

Our customer is hiring for the following role: Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing & Admin Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives while managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing activities and ensure timely execution of projects.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to enhance marketing efforts.
• Prepare and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
• Support administrative functions, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing and operational objectives.
• Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and administrative roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills.
