Client Care Specialist

We're seeking detail-oriented, motivated individuals to join our team as a Mortgage Client Care Specialist — a role focused on clearing conditions and moving loan files toward closing while you learn the mechanics of the mortgage process from the ground up. This isn't a "sink or swim" job. You'll get real training, real files, and real people invested in getting you sharp and producing fast.

What you'll do

Review incoming loan files to identify outstanding conditions and what's needed to clear them. Reach out to borrowers to collect, follow up on, and track down the documents needed to keep files moving. Clear conditions and partner with processors, underwriters, and loan officers to push files toward closing. Enter and verify information in our loan origination system, keeping every file accurate and up to date.

Learn the basics of the mortgage process, underwriting requirements, and borrower communication from people who actually do it every day. Build the organization, follow-up habits, and product knowledge that separate top operators from everyone else.
