Role Overview Seeking a motivated Junior Service / PDI Technician to join our team in Tunbridge Wells.

This is a clean, straightforward role focused on pre-delivery inspections (PDI), fresh car prep, and routine servicing across modern VAG passenger cars, while earning exceptional basic pay and learning from senior master technicians.

Requirements

NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or 6+ months hands-on workshop / PDI experience). Efficient work style with a passion for clean vehicle prep, routine maintenance, and attention to detail. Eagerness to upskill and learn VAG diagnostic systems through manufacturer-backed training. Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.
