Pay: $22.50 – $24.64/hour Shift: AM Shift | 05:00 AM – 03:30 PM. “Overtime is Available” Retention bonus of $2,000.00 pre-tax after a year of employment. $1,000 pre-tax after six months and the remaining amount after the following six months. We’re looking for a Batch Room Technician to join our Pineville, LA manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in preparing and moving materials used in production. You’ll work with different products and equipment, perform batch mixing and chemical pumping, operate a forklift, and help keep the work area safe, clean, and organized.

What You’ll Do Mix batches according to established specifications. Pump and transfer chemicals and materials safely and efficiently. Transfer and mix products between different types of containers. Operate a forklift as part of daily job responsibilities. Handle materials and chemicals following established safety procedures.

Perform general housekeeping and help maintain a clean, organized work area. Support responsibilities associated with the Satellite Accumulation Area. Work across a variety of materials and processes, including Goop, Putty, Epoxy, and other products . Follow safety, quality, and production requirements. What You Bring High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Six (6) months minimum related production/manufacturing experience and/or training is desired OR equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job a minimum of six (6) months’ Forklift experience A dependable, hands-on approach to work.

Ability to follow instructions, specifications, and safety procedures. Comfort working around equipment, materials, and chemicals.
