Safe Always – Demonstrating safe work practices, leading by example and promoting a safe work culture. Temperature Sensitive Freight – working with and understanding temperature sensitive freight, ensuring the safe and timely handling. Customer Service – Interacting with customers in a professional manner. Teamwork & Communication – Working closely with depot teams for the loading, unloading and transportation of freight. Good Work Ethic – Reliable, supportive and the ability to have a go! Quality Checks & Control – Completing relevant pre-start checklists, safety documentation and delivery of paperwork. What You’ll Bring: Current HR/HC/MC licence Proven commercial driving experience (local or metro delivery experience is a bonus) Refrigerated or cold-chain experience is helpful, but not essential A safe driving record (current driving history report required) A strong focus on safety and doing the job properly Good communication and customer service skills Reliable, on time and take pride in your vehicle and your work
