The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients. This role involves continuous patient monitoring, administering complex treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
Responsibilities
Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, including vital signs and response to treatment Operate and manage life-support equipment such as ventilators and infusion pumps Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and hospital policies Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent Valid DOH/HAAD license or eligibility to obtain one Minimum 2–3 years of Medical
