Advisor Talent Acquisition Temporary Full Time until 30 June 2027 with the possibility to extend Clerk Grade 7/8 Location: Parramatta, Haymarket or Gosford (other NSW approved locations can be discussed) Help shape the workforce behind services that make life easier for millions of NSW customers. About the role

We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our high-performing Talent team. In this role, you'll partner with leaders across Service NSW to deliver contemporary recruitment solutions, attract diverse talent and provide trusted advice that helps build a capable and future-ready workforce.

What you'll be doing Partner with leaders across Service NSW to understand workforce needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, providing advice and support throughout the hiring process. Develop sourcing and attraction strategies to identify and engage quality talent across a range of roles.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates. Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives, workforce projects and continuous improvement activities that support organisational outcomes.

About you

Demonstrated experience in internal or agency talent acquisition, recruitment or workforce resourcing. Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted partnerships Experience delivering multiple recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, practical and customer-focused advice.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines. A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
