As a Maintenance Technician II , you'll perform advanced repairs, respond to service requests, support apartment turns, and help maintain a safe, attractive, and well-maintained community.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour + Benefits (BOE) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative and maintenance and repair work in areas including, but not limited to, appliances, carpentry, hardware, and basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Complete assigned service requests and repairs in accordance with company operating procedures and standards. Assist in preparing vacant apartments to ensure they are market-ready and meet company quality standards. Maintain community grounds and curb appeal and trash management. gsfpi.com/ Requirements Job Requirements for Maintenance Technician II: Minimum 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience . Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance. Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing maintenance issues independently. Experience completing work orders, unit turns, inspections, and preventative maintenance.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer skills and ability to navigate web-based applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed.

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance required.
