• Indianapolis, IN Build enterprise GenAI applications using organizational data, documents & business knowledge Strong hands-on expertise in Python, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases/search & prompt/context engineering Build document ingestion, chunking, retrieval, reranking & grounded-response pipelines Experience with APIs/microservices, LLM evaluation & agentic AI workflows Databricks, MLflow, NVIDIA AI, Lang. Chain/Lang. Graph or Llama. Index strongly preferred Knowledge graphs, model serving, enterprise AI security & governance are strong pluses Must be comfortable engaging business teams to identify new AI use cases
