In 2018, DISPENDIX became part of BICO Group. Our vision is: To enable and automate the life science lab of the future. We are looking for a Operations Administrator (m/f/d), to join our international Operations team. The position is based in Bandung, Indonesia .
Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day execution of Supply Chain and Operations activities. Manage order processing and related administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency. Support purchasing activities, including purchase order creation, delivery tracking, and supplier follow-up. Prepare operational reports and KPI analyses to support business decision-making.
Maintain and update ERP master data to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Provide administrative and coordination support across Supply Chain and Operations functions.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Purchasing, or an administrative support role. Strong attention to detail with a structured and process-oriented approach to work. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills. Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Professional proficiency in English; Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
