Director, Career Services (Lexington Area)

Make an Impact in Your Community Goodwill is seeking a dynamic Director, Career Services to lead community engagement efforts, workforce partnerships, and strategic initiatives that expand opportunities for individuals and families across our service area. This role serves as the primary ambassador for Goodwill's Opportunity Centers, building relationships with employers, community organizations, educational institutions, government agencies, and other stakeholders to advance Goodwill's mission and strengthen workforce development outcomes.
