About the Role

Bohler’s Manhattan, NY

office is seeking an Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and project support to help deliver innovative land development solutions for clients throughout New York City.   What You’ll Do   Prepare proposals, letters, reports, and correspondence from draft to client-ready   Assist managers with project status updates, expense reports, and monthly accounting tasks   File project documents, track tasks, and maintain accurate records in project management systems Support submissions to outside agencies, including assembling materials and managing deliverables   Coordinate meetings, events, and travel logistics, including agenda creation and follow-up Prepare and assemble plans, reports, and map packages for internal and external use Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to support timely project delivery
