What you will be doing: Manage and support existing dealer relationships throughout the territory while identifying opportunities for continued growth and strategic dealer development Coordinate with internal technical, operations, customer service, and logistics teams to resolve dealer concerns efficiently Assist with warranty claims, RGA (Return Goods Authorization) processes, and product issue resolution Ensure warranty and return requests are handled professionally, accurately and in a timely manner Assist in communicating product updates, installation best practices, and technical resources to dealer partners Who we want: We’re looking for a motivated focused and approachable professional who thrives on building trust and cultivating long-term partnerships.

Highly organized and dependable and able to work confidently and independently in a field-based role while staying responsive and solution-oriented.
