Job Description: Job Summary Brand manager plays leading role in key business processes, proactively participates in business conversations with Management team members. What are we looking for? University Degree, preferably in Business/Marketing/Brand Management Solid experience in brand marketing in international FMCG companies (minimum 4 years) Experience in Brand Manager role not less than 2 years Excellent project management skills Good analytical, presentation and communication skills Ability to manage several different and complex projects at the same time professional flurency in English What will be your key responsibilities?

Identify growth sources and create the brand strategy for next 5 years Lead annual marketing plan Build brand innovation pipeline (product & packaging innovations) Develop activation strategies, communication and promotion plan, pricing strategy, new product launches and distribution priorities Prepare sales forecasts and marketing budgets, monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts, and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of products Monitor, analyze, and evaluate domestic and international market trends, client behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products What can you expect from Mars?
