The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor

• Upholstery plans, directs, and assigns work activities in the upholstery manufacturing department to achieve production goals while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This frontline leadership role supports and implements policies and procedures, recommends improvements in operation methods and equipment, and manages team performance. The Operations Supervisor coordinates with other supervisors to ensure all operational activities are integrated effectively, leads continuous improvement initiatives, and develops employees through coaching, mentoring, and training to build a high-performing manufacturing team.
