Food & Beverage Reservationist

Description The Windsor Court seeks a friendly and efficient Food and Beverage Reservationist to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Reservationist, you will answer multiple calls during the day and handle all Food and Beverage reservations professionally and courteously. You will also optimize F&B revenue according to Windsor Court standards.

Responsibilities

• Answering multiple calls during the day and handling all Food and Beverage reservations in a friendly and efficient manner
• Optimizing F&B revenue according to hotel standards
• Participating in F&B meetings when needed
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining accurate records of reservations and customer information
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Being available to work weekends Requirements
• High School diploma and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
• Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
• Previous experience in a customer service role required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be able to show initiative in job performance including anticipating what needs to be done before it becomes a necessity.
• Must routinely meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be effective at listening to understanding and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests.
• Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data and basic arithmetic functions.
