Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - 3rd Shift Full-Time Location: Englewood, OH 45322 Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Including Every Other Weekend) Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for the 3rd shift full-time position. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care during overnight hours, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff. Provide compassionate and respectful care to patients, maintaining their dignity and privacy. Assist with patient mobility and transfers safely.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. Communicate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare team members. Document patient care activities accurately and timely. Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests.

Qualifications

Must be State-Certified as a Nursing Assistant. Previous experience as a CNA preferred but not required. Ability to work overnight shifts including every other weekend. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient-focused, and dependable. Ability to stand, walk, and lift patients as needed during shift.
