HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT: As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will own sales compensation and territory management and manage the GTM tech stack that our go-to-market teams rely on every day.

You will ensure compensation plans are administered accurately, territories are designed and balanced for coverage, and our tools are well run, integrated, and adopted, so data stays clean and workflows scale across the GTM motion. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will focus on operational execution and workflow optimization to build the processes and systems that enable our go-to-market (GTM) teams to perform at their best, including applying AI to improve GTM workflows.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and HR to align processes, data, and incentives and drive speed and accuracy within our GTM engine.
