Payment Operations Specialist Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to support daily payment operations, monitor transaction performance, and ensure smooth and secure payment processing across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor payment channels (success rates, performance, and stability) Track deposit and withdrawal transactions; identify and resolve issues Handle payment-related inquiries and abnormal transactions Support integration and maintenance of payment providers Prepare basic reports and assist with data analysis Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred) Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) Strong numerical and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability Good communication and teamwork skills Experience 1–3 years in payment operations, fintech, or financial services preferred Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome Additional Information Experience in payment solutions, fintech, or online industries is a plus Exposure to multi-country payment systems is an advantage Role requires high accuracy, responsiveness, and reliability
