As a Physical Therapist, you’ll be on an interdisciplinary team that delivers life-changing care to patients across Suffolk County. Your Impact: As a Physical Therapist, you’ll deliver skilled, patient-centered therapy in the home or hospice setting, using evidence-based strategies and a compassionate approach.
