Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networking devices, and other infrastructure components.
Monitor system health, performance, and security using monitoring tools, performance counters, and event logs, proactively addressing issues before they escalate. Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, runbooks, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Participate in after-hours support when required for maintenance windows, urgent operational needs, or system outages.
