This is not an Executive Assistant role . This position serves as an extension of the COO, helping translate leadership priorities and decisions into action across Store Operations, Regional Leadership, Production, Retail, Safety, Training, Security, and corporate departments.

What You'll Do

as a Manager | Office of the COO Follow up with leaders to ensure commitments and action items are completed, resolved, or appropriately escalated. Identify priorities that are stalled, unclear, or at risk and proactively drive resolution. Drive accountability for COO priorities by establishing clear owners, deadlines, and next steps.

Prepare for and participate in key leadership meetings, capturing decisions, responsibilities, and deadlines. Organize information from across the business into concise executive updates, reports, presentations, and recommendations. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and special projects from assignment through completion.

Build and maintain trackers, operating calendars, reporting tools, workflows, and other systems that improve execution. Serve as a trusted liaison between the COO and organizational leaders while exercising sound judgment and discretion.

What You'll Bring

as a Manager | Office of the COO 5+ years of experience in executive operations, project/program management, business operations, or senior leadership support; bachelor’s degree preferred. Exceptional organization, follow-through, accountability, and problem-solving skills. Confidence working directly with executives, regional leaders, and department heads.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to respectfully hold others accountable. Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize complex information, and work effectively through ambiguity. Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams. High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
