As an Laundry Manager , you’re not just overseeing daily laundry operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Lead laundry operations: Direct all aspects of laundry operations, including system management, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and policy implementation Maintain facility and equipment efficiency: Ensure laundry facilities and equipment operate at peak performance while adhering to regulations and safety standards Ensure quality and inventory control: Monitor linen quality, stain and damage rates, inventory levels, and production reports to facilitate timely reordering, rewashing, and repairs Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs Manage suppliers and partners: Coordinate with laundry suppliers, chemical providers, uniform vendors, and other external partners while ensuring agreed service levels, quality standards, and cost controls are maintained Support hotel and special operations: Coordinate linen and uniform requirements for VIP stays, events, high-occupancy periods, new outlet openings, and other operational needs What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality .
