What You'll Do

Tour apartment homes and showcase community amenities Build relationships with prospective residents and convert leads into leases Process rental applications and prepare move-in documentation Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects Assist with resident communications and retention efforts Ensure compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and company policies What We're Looking For: Apartment leasing experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Proven success in sales, customer service, hospitality, or a related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Understanding of Fair Housing laws Quick learner with a desire to grow professionally Positive, team-oriented attitude with a "can-do" mindset Valid driver's license required Weekend availability required Why Join Pedcor Homes?
